This role involves providing exceptional service to clients by ensuring their security needs are met through expert installation, repair, and fixing of locks and security devices.

Duties
- Attend locksmith callouts across London, including domestic, commercial, and emergency work.
- Assess security needs and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
- Provide professional, reliable, and customer-focused service.
- Install, change, repair, and maintain various types of locks and locking mechanisms for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections of locks and security systems to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot lock issues and perform repairs effectively.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Manage travel efficiently to complete scheduled jobs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a locksmith, minimum 1 year preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lock types, key systems, and modern security hardware.
- Ability to troubleshoot lock issues and carry out repairs effectively.
- Certification or prior locksmith training is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when needed.
- Full induction and training provided in line with company policy.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle required for travel to client locations.
- Locksmith tools and equipment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and emergency callouts when needed.
- DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
- Reliability, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.
- English language required.

This mobile role covers Central London, South West London, West London, North-West London, and surrounding areas. Applicants who can cover South West London are especially welcome.
